Both Premier League giants Manchester United and Chelsea FC are planning a summer swoop for
Arsenal £35m-rated right-back Hector Bellerin this summer transfer market, according to reports in Spanish media via the Daily Mirror.
The 23-year-old defender is now a key member of the Arsenal side having made 44 matches in all competitions so far this term and he was rewarded with a long-term deal that ties him to the Gunners until 2023.
